Tailor / Alterations Specialist wanted, Amsterdam

De Oost Bespoke Tailoring is a tailoring atelier in Amsterdam, specialising in bespoke clothing. For our atelier we are looking for an experienced tailor.

The work

Altering, adjusting and repairing suits, jackets, trousers, skirts and waistcoats, for both women and men. This by sewing machine and manual hand sewing techniques.

What we ask

Basic spoken Dutch or English is sufficient.
Lives in Amsterdam or the immediate surrounding area
Available between 16 and 40 hours per week, negotiable, you largely set your own working hours.

How we select

No diplomas or portfolio needed. We are looking for people with practical experience. We simply have you sit down at the sewing machine to see what you can do.

Salary

Depends on quality and experience. €2500-3000 per month with a 40 hour employment.
