At De Oost, we believe clothing is more than fabric and fit. It reflects who you are, where you are going, and how you wish to present yourself.
This form helps us understand what you are looking for — and, more importantly, why.

Please take a few moments to complete the questions below. Your answers will help us prepare your first appointment with care and attention.

1. Occasion and background. What is the occasion or reason for having this garment made?

(For example: a wedding, a new position, a change in your life, or simply the wish to be better dressed.)
