Bespoke Jacket Wool Cotton Silk (Caccioppoli Napoli)
Why this jacket was made this way
This jacket was made for a gentleman who wanted a versatile bespoke jacket. A good allrounder that could be worn with jeans as well as on occasions that call for a more polished appearance. He tends to feel warm easily and prefers clothing that feels light to wear.
Before his visit, he had already researched different materials and watched our videos, so he arrived well prepared for his appointment. As he also valued a good fit and a structured look, we combined the best of both worlds.
The cloth is a crease resistant blend of wool, cotton and silk. The wool provides the right drape, the cotton contributes breathability and moisture wicking properties, and the silk adds a subtle, luxurious sheen. At 275 g, this creates a practical jacket that feels light and supple to wear. The subtle check gives it a slightly more distinctive appearance while remaining suitable for frequent wear. The result is a practical, beautifully made jacket.
